What are the critical spec's I need to look for when shopping for a replacement HD for my G4 iBook? I'm not looking for a top $helf HD, something like 60-80gig to get this iBook back to a usable state.

Thanks,

Tom p.

2.5" 9.5mm ATA

Any of these at NewEgg will work. I like Seagate for their 5 year warranty. I strongly recommend 5400 or even 7200RPM; 4200RPM is just pokey.

Thanks for the info - I ordered the $59, 60g, 5400rpm Hitachi travelstar.

Regards,
