Hello!
I have a 867MHz 12" PB (rev. a), and I'm looking for a memory upgrade. I know my PB is supposed to use pc2100 (266MHz) so-dimm ddr memory, but would there be any problems with a pc2700 (333MHz) chip?

Thanks.

Regards,
Ivar.

Nope, the faster memory will work fine. Just be sure to buy a reliable brand, as the bottom-of-the-barrel crap may cause problems no matter what it's rated for.

The faster memory won't be any faster though, so you're not going to see a speed increase whether it is 2100 or 2700.
