when i leave my macbook for a couple of minutes, (with the caps lock off) the light on the caps lock starts flashing really fast. this is just the light through the hole of the key and not the light that goes round the edge of the key. is this normal? (it stops as soon as i move the mouse)

Whoah dude you have a haunted keyboard. Have you tried plugging the keyboard into another USB port? Sounds like a power issue.

Most likely, he or she is referring to the built-in keyboard.

it is indeed the built in keyboard. do you think i should send off for it to be repaired? (i only recieved it last wednesday!
