Do you think I should Buy a Mac Book Pro now, or should I wait? and does anyone know when a new one will come out?

If you can wait, I would, since by mid Sep we should get a Merom MBP.

If you can't wait, comfort yourself with the fact that you are at least getting the MBP fast (no delayed shipping anymore) and most of the bugs have been addressed in the meantime.
