My headphones won't plug all the way in to the minijack plug on my Powerbook (12" 80gig 512ram superdrive). Thus I only get the left headphone, no right audio. This didn't happen during ownership, it's the way it arrived out of the box. Any insight, what can I do? Is there a simple fix?

My MBP connector took a fair bit of force to plug in the first time. Press a little harder.

I have tried pushing it in pretty hard, and it won't budge. The other minijack only plugs in to the first click as well. Thanks for the reply...are there any other ideas out there??

Yes...as well as an aux cable (3.5mm) to my stereo. Both the minijacks on my powerbook appear short (not allowing the cable to go all the way in).

Would comp usa look at it if I didn't buy it there?? I ordered it online.
