Hello,
I managed to load os9 and iTunes 2 on my PB3400/200.
So I can listen to my cd's in my shack too, but ...
All is fine through the internal speakers but as soon as I connect a jack there is no sound via my amplifier.I know apple does not support this combination and I couldn't find any discussion about this.I'm not afraid of experimenting with settings nor opening the PB or soldering.Does anyone in the apple comunity has a hint or a solution ????? If I put the volume in the finder and in iTunes to max I hear a faint and totally distorted sound.
I used OS8.6 and iTunes 1.1 before, but itunes2 has a better layout and is closer to what I have on my G4.
thanks for replying and maybe a nice way too keeping the PB3400 alive for others too?
