New fan fix makes my MacBook shutdown

	Ever since I ran the software update to get the fan fix for my MacBook, I've been experiencing random shutdowns. It's happened 2 or 3 times so far. Also, sometimes my fan will kick into high-speed for awhile. I didn't have any problems before Suggestions?
