I am looking for a case/sleeve for my 13" macbook that I can put into a backpack, and am stuck between these 3:
Tom Bihn Soft Cell: The Soft Cell: A padded laptop sleeve by: TOM BIHN
Radtech Glove:
RadTech Products - Specialty Bags
Radtech Rebound:
RadTech Products - Specialty Bags
At this point I am leaning towards the glove, but am a little worried about the zippers causing scratches even though there seems to be another layer of protection for that. I may be wrong though.
If you guys could help me choose one quickly, that'd be reeal great because I want to order one in 2 weeks time with university starting up. Thanks!

I have the Tom Bihn in vertical format. I love it, since I carry my Macbook within a backpack, the vertical format and velcro flap make taking the Macbook out very easy. It fits snug in there but not too tight and the piece is constructed nicely.
I must also say that Tom Bihn's customer service is outstanding. When I ordered my sleeve they weren't made yet (in production at the factory) and I called them, I explained that I needed the sleeve before the 14th if possible and she said she would put a note on it to rush it out. Around the 10th they call me and say there was a delay in the manufacturing and the sleeve wont be ready when they thought, but they will bump me to next day shipping for free and the sleeve will arrive on the 15th. I haven't had a company go so far to make sure I was happy and got my product like that in a long time, it was nice.

Yes on those ones with the zip around, there is a second flap inside to protect the edge of your macbook from the zipper. Ive got a grey tucano second skin and its brilliant.

any vertical oriented case is best in situations involving backpacks.

i like the glove one (#2). i wouldn't worry about the zipper, it seems there's a nice layer of padding there seperating it from the computer.

I'd definitely go with the glove. It looks very snug, unlike the Incase sleeve I have now. Plus I never really trust the flap-based ones, like your first link.
EDIT: Woohoo, 500 posts and a fifth star!

i have a tom bihn horizontal and i love it. it's made of thick material that isn't as flexible as neoprene so it doesn't flop around when there's nothing in there. it also uses velcro on a flap instead of zippers which is definitely safer.
i don't now about the others but i would definitely recommend the tom bihn!
