how easy is it to change the size of your Graphics memory in your MBP after you have it? and where can you buy bigger size/power memory for your MBP? (15" MBP)

Your GPU is one of the things you can't upgrade.

You cannot change the amount of VRAM in the MBP.

The good news is that since the last round of PB G4s the pro Mac laptops have come with good solid graphics cards. Just max out RAM.
