Do you think the macbook will be able to take a strong beating since I will be using it daily out of the house. I know for sure that if I get a thinkpad, I could do this but with the macbook could I?

Also, for those of you who have the black version, how is it holding up? I've heard that the black one is bad because the keys become greasy looking after a while. I don't have a problem with this for my thinkpad but what seems to be the problem?

Also, for the black version there is not color disconfiguration problems right?
