First of all, please read my post called "NEW INFORMATION: Core 2 Duo". Remember when I said that they said I could return my Macbook for a new one and not to open it? They mysteriously changed my ship date from the 1st to the 5th, and now... get this... the 14th!! I am absolutely not kidding you. This was all because I complained about how I was going to return it anyway. This is awesome. Custom order your macbooks! I really (hopefully) am really excited!!

I don't think I have ever seen someone so excited about delayed shipping. But hey, good luck.

Haha, that was kind of funny. The reason was I was like, "If you give me an old one, I'm just going to return it anyway" and the response from CS was "We'll put a note on your account". In a matter of hours it went from EST ship date Sept.1 to Sept.5, (insert phone call) then to the 14th. That's pretty darn suspicious, concidering all the new Core 2 Duo comps are shipping.

Well, I can check out a computer from school so it doesn't matter (if I needed to). Plus Apple has taken a lot of money off my order and uprgraded shipping. Even if it doesn't upgrade, at least I got a Macbook cheaper than even the education discount, which I got anyway. Also, I think they will update the Pro's as well.

Please, change the title of your thread. You cannot confirm there are new MacBooks coming out, as your title suggests.

Just stop posting threads about your ship times! Its probably unrelated.

We didn't need a second thread on this speculation. We didn't even need a first one.
