so, i guess for some reason, all my dashboard stuff got deleted (the stock calender, calculator and weather stuff the laptop came with) and now i'm trying to find a way to get it back. does the apple site let you download the stock widgets or whatever?

also another weird issue is that the white LED light in front of my laptop doesnt turn on anymore. it turns on while the macbook is asleep, but it's off when it's normal. anyone know why ?

I don't think you can truly remove the default widgets. Just go into Dashboard and press the + button to re-add them.

The sleep light is just that: a sleep light. It is NOT a power light, and should not be lit when the computer is on or off.
