so whenever i do some kindof hard drive action with my mbp, such as downloading a file or moving files from folder to folder, the process will freeze and my mouse will turn into that spinning ball thing endlessly. iv tried to repair permissions and disk , and also rebooting while holding option-cmd-p-r , and those usually work for a little while but i will eventually get the same problem. however when i am in windows (with bootcamp), my mbp works fine and never freezes.
i reinstalled osx awhile ago and that fixed the problem for a few weeks but it came back.
im thinking about getting rid of windows and formatting the partition back to mac to see if that helps but id like some suggestions before i try that.
