Hey all,

I managed to get a really good deal on a Powerbook 12" in PC World. They seem to be selling off the old G4 stock at vastly reduced prices. I got my PB 12 for 499 UK pounds. Brand new, sealed in the box etc.

iBooks were 399 and 15 PB´s 599.

Just thought I would let you know...

Which PC World was that? London, Tottenham Court Road?

Actually it was in East Kilbride, Scotland. I know the Glasgow branch also had a few powerbooks.

Thanks for the info waddlefan. I called up PC world and they have no Powerbook availability listed for these stores. Was that some kind of exclusive in store offer you got?

Not at all, the rep insisted all PC World stores were selling off the Macs at cheap prices... The 2 branches I tried both had stock.
