iBook 12" charging and ac problem

	I have a 12" iBook, 2 USB, 500m. I replaced the logic board and the DC power board. I still have this problem - the iBook will not charge or run on AC. I have tried other chargers and they all show a green light but won't run the iBook or charge the battery. If I swap out the battery with a fully charged battery it will run until the battery dies. Again, no charging or AC operation taking place. What could cause this? Pete
