I've got a 2.0 ghz macbook. i purchased it in May. running 2 gig ram. and osx.
last night i first had this problem of the computer sleeping and when i opened up the laptop the screen stayed off but the sleep light wasn't sleeping anymore. eventually after holding the power button on and off it finally started up normally again.
today the same thing happened except i can't get it to power up. I turn on the laptop and i hear teh sound of the cd drive and the status light stays solid. i can feel the macbook is on. but nothing comes up on teh screen. the capslock button doesn't light up. I tried following the instructions on apples site about resetting pram and what not but i dont get anything on the screen.
any thoughts? suggestions?
