iBook Keyboard Doesn't Work When Returning From Sleep

Recently my iBook G4 1.33 GHz 12" started getting this problem. I'll put it to sleep and when I return it from sleep the keyboard takes about 30 seconds to start working again. And usually it will only happen when its plugged it to the power source. Any clue what the problem is?
