Help uninstall iTunes 7.0 :(

I recently got my macbook and upgraded the iTunes to 7.0 but its been causing me problems. Is there a way to uninstall iTunes 7.0. I'm new so i dont know much about how to do this. Also is there a website that will let me install iTunes 6.0 again? (does filehippo.com work?) What do you guys also think about blue coconut? I'll appreciate any help!
