I have Microsoft Office 2004 on my Macbook and I also have iLife. Is there any reason to keep iLife on my Macbook or should I get rid of it to free up more space?

do you mean iWork? iLife is the collection of apps (iWeb, iPhoto, GarageBand, etc). iWork is Pages and Keynote. I found that I liked Keynote more than PowerPoint and Word better than Pages (for simple documents), so I had both installed at once

Unless you -really really- need disk sapce (and I know, that pr0n adds up fast) there's no problem with having both on board. On disk. Installed. Whatever. I took iLikeChicksWithDicks off my iPod (video) though, as it took up '--' that much more space.

Um only if u register it. The trial version ends after using it for a bit. I personally think 'Pages' has a long way to go, the only good i see it coming to is taking simple notes in class. Even though Word is clunky, its still better. 'Keynote' on the other hand is great, so much better than Powerpoint with its various cooler animations. But you can delete it if you dont want iWork, no harm can come from it. And if u wanna fool around with the trial version again, u can pop in ur Install Disk that came with the computer and do the 'Install Bundled Software Only' thing.
P.S. There are ways around 'ahem' buying iWork.

I have both on my computer. As others have mentioned, Keynote is better than PowerPoint. Pages can come in handy for making some things, but its not the best word processor. If you don't plan on buying iWork, I'd take it off. Once the trial expires, you can't save documents with it.
