Hi, I recently bought a Macbook Pro aswell as an iPod, seeing as you got £100 off. This deal has now expired, though when I bought my Macbook + iPod it was well in the deal time. Now I've had a gander on the Apple site and to claim my rebate, I need an application form which is a .pdf file. Now for the life of me, I can't find this pdf file ANYWHERE on the Apple site.

I'm guessing thats because the deal has now expired, although I am still able to claim (you just had to purchase the Macbook + iPod in the certain time period). So does anyone know where I can find this application form pdf file? I've had a good look on the Apple and can't find it anywhere.

Other than, does anyone know I an email address I can use to contact Apple and ask them about it?

Apple (UK and Ireland) - Education - Shop lists ways that you can get in touch with Apple's education store, who're probably the best people to ask. The page also lists an email address.
