Hi all,
I bought my 9 year old daughter a G3 Wallstreet for X-Mas (she just loves the idea of playing on a laptop, no matter how slow it is). Is there a DVD-drive available for this laptop, one that fits in the expansion bay? It's not mandatory that the laptop play movies, but it would be nice. Also, do I need some sort of decoded card for the cardbus slot if I get the drive, or is the drive enough on its own?

Thanks,
Tom

Yes and yes. There was a DVD module and you need a card in the slot for it to decode DVD video. Good luck finding both pieces! I have both, but I'm not planning on giving them up!

;-)
