I just bought an iBook G4 933mhz 14". Assuming I can find one, I wonder if it is possible to upgrade the CPU on this unit.

not unless you are a magic wizard of sorts. the processor is soldered onto the logic board. you may be able to swap logic boards with a newer 1.42 or 1.33ghz processor on it though
