i have a small dent on the monitor side of my computer (not deep at all), and the warranty won't be in effect unless the dent is gone. i can easily cover it up with a sticker, but i'm wondering..when i send the computer in to get serviced by mac..would they peel the sticker off when they service it to check for dents?

Why would they deny you warranty because of the dent? Or for that matter remove any stickers from your computer? The only reason they might deny you warranty is if you abused the machine and one dent isn't abuse.
