Is it me or wouldn't it be nice to have a 2ndary Battery? or at least someone should make a dock to charge a 2ndary battery while we're using our primary and then we can just swap them as they run out?

Also, do you think that we're on the last legs of using DVD/CDs in our Laptops? Haven't USB thumb drives finally reached the abilities to replace DVDs and CDs? Apple could use the room from taking out the DVD and CD slots for battery space.

That kind of reminds me of the old Powerbooks. All of the things you mention were available.

you can swap batteries while the MB is sleeping...when you put in the fresh battery it will restore from the RAM image stored on disk....
