if i buy a macbook pro from a apple store is their a way i can choose what i want on my laptop like the hard drive and they would do that for me their and give it to me? or do i have to order it from the apple website if i want it custome

They only stock standard configurations (with few exceptions). If you really need something different, order it online.

And there was a thread on this same subject in this forum just a couple of days ago-searching helps a lot!
