My mom's iBook G4 1.33 14 inch is working fine, but the trackpad is lifting up. The right and left edge stay down (recessed below the case) but the middle keeps bowing up so that it is at, or even a bit above, the level of the case. You can push the trackpad back down (with a crunchy sound) but after a day or so, its back up. The trackpad works fine otherwise.

Anyone else have this problem? Is it a known issue? Does it procede to trackpad failure?
