This thread is only relevant to people have gotten their discolored trackpads and/or wristpad replaced at the Apple Store.
Arighty, I went to the Apple Store the other day to see how long it would take them to replace my discolored wristpads and trackpad on my White Macbook. I also had a few messed up keys on the keyboard but the Genius told me it would not take any longer to get the trackpad piece replaced due to the keys since it is one piece. (so that actually worked out to my advantage)
Anyway for those of you that have had you discolored "piece" replaced how long did it take the Apple Store to make the replacement? I was told it would take 5-7 days but am curious if that is a standard time or it matter which store you take the laptop to. Thanks
