I have an iBook with the display problem so I decided to make a picture frame out of it. Well I mounted it down with enough force to make the display work but now after about 10min or so it will keep repeating the key "]". I dont understand why it would do this but I just would like to know how I can disable the internal keyboard by a hardware or software hack. Thanks a lot

I would like to know this too. (when you have cats and use a external keyboard it is a a** when
they walk all over your internal keyboard!)
Signature depreciated.

You could always unplug the keyboard and just use a USB one when you need to change the picture. See iFixit for easy instructions.
