Before I contact the seller about this, naybe I am doing something wrong. I bought a new battery for my iBook G4, inserted it and started charging. It reached 62% overnight and won't go any higher. SlimBatteryMonitor says it is 'Charging. At 62%'. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Update.......I reset PRAM and discharged and recharged. It reached 89% but won't go higher. I reset the PMU but it is still stuck at 90%.

YEs those batteries have so many cycles so it might be a slightly used battery. Get istat and see how many recharges it has had.
