I just switched over my keyboard to dvorak(debate at will ), but f*****-up the first key I took off... At least I learned quickly and only broke one.

The key is fine but the plastic scissors broke apart at the pivot point. I have a 12" 1.33 Ghz powerbook. Once I find a replacement part, I don't want to force it on the metal hooks. They seem tough to put on. Does anyone have any helpful hints?
