When I rest the laptop on a completely flat surface it is wobbly. All 4 rubber 'feet' are in place and they seem to have no effect. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of the case becoming warped and if so is it still under warrenty.

It is a known problem, It is not covered by Applecare, they will tell you you picked it up by one
corner.
Best solution is to place it on a flat surface with an encyclopedia (finally a use for them LOL) on top of it overnight.
The "wobble" has plagued the 12" since they were first released. The prior suggestion or a gentle "twist" to the case is the only thing that can really be done.
