I'm new to the Apple community -- just purchased a Macbook Pro 2.16Ghz after decades of using PC's.

Primarily, I'll be running Windows on the machine, so far so good, with one exception... I can't figure out how to enable tapping (double-clicking) on the touchpad. It was easy to enable that feature w/in OSX but I can't do it when I boot in Windows XP Pro. I'm running (BootCamp).

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Did you install BootCamp tools? If so, I could have sworn that was an option under "mouse" in control panel.

But I have to ask ..... Why would you buy a Mac to primarily run Windows? Is this just to test the OS X waters?

Good questions

I ordered the machine though a reseller -- they installed BootCamp for me (I have no idea if bootcamp tools is automatically installed or not). How do I check? Under Mouse in the control panel, no such luck... not an option)

Bought the Mac because of a dual need -- we're a small company, one guy will use it as an "all Mac" when traveling to run graphic design software, edit/produce video, etc. I'll use it as a PC.
