	I've heard that it's more secure to not use the Admin profile all the time. Is that true? And if it is, how do I create a new user and transfer my files and programs to it? Or is it possible to just create a new Admin profile and not have to transfer everything? I have an iBook G4 with OS X version 10.4.8.
