It's a bitch to do yourself if you're not familiar with the insides of PowerBooks. Also, make sure you get the right resolution screen (According to your speed) if you're going to get it.
If you're competent with your mechanical abilities both of those places also have take apart manuals.
I replaced the HD in my PB 15, and it took about 2 hours (of course i was meticulous about labeling the screws). I purchased my downloadable PDF from powerbook medic, but iFixit has them online.
