Hi guyz,
I just bought MBP 15" 2.16 ..... 2 weeks ago. Last few days when i boot up my mbp,98% times its boot up normal but few times only white/light gray screen stay there and doesnt show apple logo, sometimes i can see flashing globe/earth and only one time i saw picture of folder with ? on middle of folder. i have to reboot 4,5 times (may be more) to boot up normal. can anyone tell me why this is happening? and if that happen again what should i do?

You might try re-seating your RAM. And maybe resetting your SMC (remove battery and power, hold power button for 5 secs, then wait 30 secs before pluggin back in).

First of all, go to System Preferences (found in the Apple menu or the dock) and click on the Startup Disk pane. Click on your hard drive to make sure it is selected as the startup drive. After that, you shouldn't see the question mark or globe icon at startup any more. If you do continue to see it, it means there's something wrong with either your hard drive or your installation of OS X that's on it.

I would also use disk utility to verify the disk. This could be a sign that there is some data loss or coruption in the boot area of your disk.
