Hi All:
First post in the forum. I have a 15"MacBook Pro that one day decided not to turn on. I took it to a local distribuitor in Chile, where I live, to have it repair. It turns out that some parts of the monitor are bad and need replacement. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the distribuitor who is an authorized Apple repair center, that I will like to write a letter or email of complaint to Apple directly. I'm already waiting for a month for the part to arrive.
If anybody can provide me an address where I can direct my complaints I will appreciate it.
It is frustating to read how well Apple takes care of their customers in the US, and not being able to have the same experience here in Chile.
I realy like the MacBook Pro, but unfortunately the support here is not as profecional as the support for Windows based notebooks.
Thanks for any advice!
Julio
