In a standard forum that I use often, it says "HTML is off". Even after choosing "on" in my preferences and rebooting, it still remains off in the posting screen. I am using Safari on my Powerbook with 10.4.8.
15" Macbook Pro / 2.2ghz / 4g ram / 10.6
