Do the new Core 2 Duo MacBook's have a 2 MB or 8 MB cache?

2MB on the 1.83Ghz, 4MB on the 2.0Ghz

edit: Oh hard drive, I was thinking CPU cache. I should read titles before posting. Can you even buy a 2MB cache 2.5" SATA drive? I don't think anyone has them. So the answer is 8MB.

Yea the 100 GB + drives have 2 MB to keep cost down which you can find in the cheaper PC laptops.

Do you have any links?

I couldn't find any 2MB 2.5" SATA drives retail, and the $499 Dell has only has ATA options with 2MB. I can't find any cache specs for HPs laptops.
On the manufacturers side, Seagate's site shows all 8MB for SATA, ditto Hitachi, WD, Samsung, and Toshiba.
I think 8MB cache is so cheap these days that everyone has it on their SATA drives.
