What kind of Hard Drive capacities should we expect in the next revision?

I currently have a Powerbook G4 with 120GB, 5400 RPM.

Right now these seem to be our options:
120GB Serial ATA Drive @ 5400 rpm
160GB Serial ATA Drive @ 5400 rpm
200GB Serial ATA Drive @ 4200 rpm

With a large iPod & iphoto library and wanting to keep my setup very mobile, I'm hoping for a 200GB at 5400 rpm. Please don't suggest that I get an external, I have one and I use it for backups.

I just want to know what's down the line for mobile hard drives.
I plan on buying the next revision MBP.

Fujitsu have announced a 4200rpm 300GB SATA drive I believe.
Rumours abound of the inclusion of flash for booting from. Then there is the hybrid drives too......
Or how about this for a long shot: Two 1.8" microdrives RAIDed. I believe they have hit 120GB.
