My DVD drive is being sketchy as it wont accept DVDs or CDs sometimes, also I have some discolouration in some places. It is still under warranty, so will Apple just replace the drive and casing? Think I could weasle my way into getting a newer gen 'Book?

I forgot to add that the rubber things on the bottom are turning green...

Yes. They should replace the top case, display bezel and optical drive.
The rubber feet do just seem to do that.
