Due to a so called Coke Zero incident the mouse button at the touchpad is sticky a bit, it doesn't really bother with pressing it, it just makes an annoying clicksound and you basically feel it sticks ..

Is there an EASY way to get this thing open and cleaned or is it a MUST to get it to service ? It just dropped out of warranty anyway .. And even if it would be still in warranty, we don't have an offical service point here in the country (Gibraltar) - I would have to send it in to apple which can take weeks (considering it took 2 month for the MacBook to arrive).

Anyway, if someone knows some good instructions including screenshots, please let me know .. Any help is highly appreciated.

If of course someone already opened the thing and knows this is something not to touch Then I'll rather let it stick ..

Pretty easy to get it open, yes (ifixit guide is good). Basically you have to take the upper case off to get at the trackpad. Whether and how much it can be cleaned at that point I can't say.
