error sound at startup G4 800mhz

iBook G4-800 (10.3.9)
About once a week at startup, instead of the usual startup gong, I get a much different single frequency tone, and nothing else. A force shutdown and restart fixes it. BUT where can I find a list of definitions of error sounds. I suspect an issue with ram, and will swap some around, but having a list of what different sounds mean would be helpful.
