Hi,
If you are using MSN Messenger on OS X, the webcam functionality is still not implemented in the mac version. I'd suggest either installing windows and running Windows Live Messenger on Parallels, or downloading Mercury Messenger or aMSN(both open-source IM programs, but with more functionnality than MSN mac).
Hope this answers your question,

Thank you for the reply. I tried using amsn but I have not had much luck. When I tried to view my friends webcam this message came up:
Audio/Video requests are not supported on Mac OS X, only Webcam
Any ideas???

Use Mercury Messenger - it is better than aMSN for webcam support. If you still can't see video, you will need to check that the correct ports are open for MSN in your firewall if you are using one.
