Yes you can. I use the Logitech Bluetooth on one MAC and the wireless mouse / keyboard on another (Logitech MX3000 ).

Have a bluetooth Apple Might Mouse for armchair surfing - its "ok" - not great. I would not buy it again.

PCRYAN, I totally agree. I received my wireless Mighty Mouse last week, and I HATE it. I used to use (well, for about a month) a Targus BlueTooth Laser mouth, and that works well. I just wanted the MM for the scroll, and to combat my only gripe of the Targus... if the Targus sits for five or so seconds with no activity, it takes a second or two to reconnect when I start moving it again. It isn't too big of a deal, BUT just enough to be noticeable. In any case, I still use the Targus at work, and the MM at home. The MM is really slow (even with the Tracking set to 'as fast as possible'), and I have to reset this setting when I get to work, because the Targus flies like mad on the MM's settings...
