I bought a Macbook last summer from the UK online Apple Store and now the Eject key has stopped working and also the trackpad goes wonky sometimes as well as the button sometimes sticks. There's also a little bit of that weird yellow staining that was reported. Anyway I was wondering would this be covered under 1 year warranty? Also would it be possible to get it done in the US as I don't have an Apple store in my city (Glasgow, not yet anyway but one is being built just now ) but I am going to Seattle in the summer, before my warranty runs out, so would it be possible to take it to a US store?
