Okay, so, most of the time recently i've been leaving this plugged into the AC adapter, because i'm playing world of warcraft, obviously for long periods of time, but I think it is hurting the battery, as I have about 89% left and only 13 cycles. This is according to coconut battery. But any tips as to how I should continue my use of it?

As long as you're getting in one full cycle a month (preferably multiple partial cycles), there's not much you can do to extend the life of Lithium batteries.

I just opened coconut battery again and its 96, which is much more releiveing, when I got it it was at 97% anyways.

Try doing a battery calibration...

Calibrating your computer's battery for best performance

Also, when you read the percentages, make sure that you're not accidentally reading the current charge level instead of the capacity.

I've also noted that even without doing a calibration, the capacity of the battery in my MacBook changes periodically, depending on whether I drained it under heavy use or light use. Does anybody think that perhaps the battery controller does a "dead reckoning" calibration between full cycles, estimating capacity based on a subset of discharge data points?
