I purchased a 2nd hand macbook however the seller didn't have the original purchase receipt. I have checked the serial on macbook and its still 1 year within the purchase.

Would i still be able to use the apple care on this macbook even tho i dont have the origianl receipt?

You should still be able to get the warranty without the receipt. Normally they track everything through the serial number. According to the website you can buy it anytime within the original warranty.

Every single normal MacBook is still within it's 1 Year warranty, as the MacBook was released sometime in May.
