Connect MB to LG:CU500 via Bluetooth

I want to conenct my LG CU500 to my Macbook using bluetooth but I can't seem to configure the two devices to operate with each other. The phone does not allow me to connect the phone since it says "Enter Passcode". What on earth is this?

You might try 0000 - four zeros. It should say in the manual, maybe where it talks about pairing with a headset?
