I want to change my MacBook's keyboard to Dvorak, but I have a few questions about it:
1) Will changing the MacBook's keys void the AppleCare?
2) How do I pop out the MacBook's keys?
3) Where do I change the keyboard layout on Mac OS X?

1) Yes.
2) I don't know, sorry. I'd use stickers, personally.
3) It's in International Settings - see here for lots of OS X laptop Dvorak love. Dvorak Keyboard Layout on Mac OS X

Why not? You're not into the keyboard stickers? If you are a real touch typist, it doesn't make much difference....

But... if you leave the keys showing the "wrong" letters, you'll forcibly learn to touch type DVORAK even sooner! :-)

I just don't think that stickers will look good on the MacBook. Earlier today, I found this. Shame it doesn't come in white =S

Dvorak = waste of time. There is no conclusive evidence that it increases performance for regular users. Yes, expert users can get some extra wpm (fps?) but most ppl are not in this class of user.
Additionally learning Dvorak means that you are locking yourself into an extreme minority. What happens when you want to use a public computer or someone elses comp?
P.S. you can pop the keys of very easily. There is a tool for this. Google it.

You can say the same things about Macs. What happends when you want to use a public Windows box? It's just a matter of getting used to Dvorak.
I found how to pop out the keys, the thing is that I dont want to void the AppleCare..

It's pretty clear that Dvorak is better than Qwerty once you have learned it - it's probably a whole lot better from an RSI perspective too. The big problem is using other people's machines though. I guess any machine you were going to use a lot you could just plug an external Dvorak into.

That keyboard cover that you found looks good.

i've switched to dvorak since the beginning of may, and even though it takes a little effort to learn, it's quite worth it. don't bother with the keys, you shouldn't be looking at them anyways!
