Okay,

Did some searching and did not find the answers.. so hopefully this hasn't been beaten to death.

In looking at the memory upgrade options for my PB 15", I'm seeing a 1GB maximum for SDRAM and 2GB for DDR... is this a limitation on the memory type? or was there two different models that used different memory? I'm not at home right now, so I'm not even sure what type I have (I do know that I have 1GB installed).

Just wondering if I need to have a particular model/Generation of the PB to use DDR memory.

Thanks in advance.

All Alu PowerBooks will run on 333MHz DDR except the last generation of 15 and 17 inchers.
